Nominate an MVP

Nominate an MVP

We're still seeking outstanding community leaders to be recognized for the MVP Award, however we've made a change to our nomination application process.

In order to apply for the MVP Award, a Microsoft Full Time Employee (FTE) or currently active Microsoft MVP must submit a recommendation for award consideration on your behalf. Your nominator should have a good understanding of how you have displayed passion, community spirit, leadership and most importantly demonstrated positive impact and influence within the technical community. Once a recommendation has been submitted by a FTE or a MVP, a notification with a link and instructions for completing the MVP Award nomination will be sent to you.

Before you begin to identify FTE or a MVP to submit a recommendation on your behalf, here's a quick checklist to make sure you meet the criteria.

  •   * Are you passionate about Microsoft technologies, products and services, how they work together with other platforms, and can't wait to see what's next?
  •   * Are you excited and motivated to share your knowledge with the wider technical community?
  •   * Over the past year, have you contributed significantly to online communities and/or in-person events through speaking, blogging, podcasts, hosting events or other channels with examples?
  •   * Would you be one of the first people that friends or colleagues call to discuss a newly released technology or take the opportunity to advise them on implementing it?

If you could easily tick off this checklist and feel confident about your contributions, then we invite you to make a connection with a FTE or MVP to support your recommendation for the award!
